BikeLevel Social Reply is a service for authorized owners and operators of professional Instagram accounts. It receives comments through the official Instagram API, prepares context-aware replies, and publishes them only when this function is enabled by the account owner.

2. Comment processing
The service receives public comments and associated media context using authorized Instagram API permissions.
3. Reply preparation
A relevant reply may be generated from the comment, conversation history, publication title and description.
4. Controlled publishing
Replies are published only for connected accounts and only when writing is explicitly enabled by the account owner.
Data and permissions
The application may process Instagram account and media identifiers, usernames, public comments, webhook events, generated replies, access tokens and technical logs. Permissions are used only to operate comment-management functionality for the authorized account.
- Data is not sold.
- Access is limited to authorized operators and required service providers.
- The account owner can revoke application access through Meta or Instagram settings.
- Verified deletion requests are handled according to the published Data Deletion Instructions.

Сервис предназначен для владельцев и уполномоченных операторов профессиональных аккаунтов Instagram. Он получает комментарии через официальный Instagram API, формирует ответы с учётом контекста публикации и размещает их только после включения этой функции владельцем аккаунта.
Какие данные используются
Идентификаторы аккаунтов, публикаций и комментариев, имена пользователей, тексты публичных комментариев, события Webhooks, подготовленные ответы, токены доступа и технические журналы. Данные не продаются и не используются для посторонних целей.
Управление доступом и удаление
Владелец может отозвать доступ приложения в настройках Meta или Instagram. Запрос на удаление ранее сохранённых данных можно отправить по опубликованной инструкции.
